What happens after the 3 intro months?
Your membership continues at the standard price — $17.99 a month for Explorer or $69.99 a month for Connoisseur. We email you before the first standard charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in one click from your account, at any time, including during the intro period. You keep everything already sent to you.
Are the fragrances genuine?
Yes. Every Aura atomizer is filled from genuine retail bottles held in our own stock, under the same sourcing standard as our store.
How much fragrance is in a month?
The 8ml Explorer atomizer gives roughly 120 sprays. The three 10ml Connoisseur sprays give over 400 sprays combined.
Does my credit expire?
Your monthly credit is available for 90 days from the day it lands, so you can stack a few months towards a more expensive bottle.
Can I keep the atomizers?
They are yours. The twist-up case and travel vault are refillable and included free in your first box.
