Wholesale questions
Who can apply?
U.S. businesses buying fragrance for resale can apply, including sole proprietors and businesses preparing to launch. International businesses should contact wholesale@aurenscent.com.
Does a larger order qualify me?
No. Buyer access requires approval of your business application. The current five-bottle order minimum applies only after approval; it does not qualify an account.
Which documents do I need?
Provide business evidence through an official registry link, an appropriate business document, or an explanation for review. If requesting tax-exempt resale purchases, upload the applicable signed resale certificate.
Do you need personal or card documents?
No SSNs, government IDs, bank statements, card photos, card numbers, expiry dates or CVCs are requested in the application. We ask only for your intended method and payer name. Stripe handles payment details when ordering.
What happens after submission?
Your application is sent to wholesale@aurenscent.com for review. You receive a reference and an email decision or request for information. No charge is made to apply.
Is tax exemption automatic?
No. Business access and tax treatment are separate. Resale evidence must be suitable for the transaction, and applicable tax treatment is confirmed separately.
Are marketplace permissions and special services included?
Approval does not grant brand authorization, marketplace acceptance, credit terms, dropshipping, blind shipping or image licensing. Discuss any requested services with wholesale before relying on them.
