Shipping & returns
Delivery
Delivery options and applicable charges are confirmed for the destination before payment. Delivery timing begins after payment and order review; tracking appears in your order account when available.
Dropshipping & blind shipping
Any requested dropshipping or blind-shipping service must be confirmed by wholesale before ordering. Business account approval does not include these services.
Damage or incorrect items
Contact wholesale sales promptly with the order number, affected item, quantity, and clear photos of the product and outer packaging. Keep all packaging until the review is complete.
Change-of-mind returns
Wholesale orders are purchased for resale and are reviewed separately from consumer returns. Contact the wholesale team before returning anything; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
